1. Who we are

This website is operated by Elite Motor Transport, a used-vehicle dealership located in Glendale, California. Our dealer license number and full business details are displayed in the company block below and on the Contact page. We are licensed by the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

2. What this site is for

The site presents our current vehicle inventory, pricing, and dealership information. Inventory and availability change daily; a vehicle shown online may be sold or placed on hold before the listing updates. A listing is an invitation to do business, not a binding offer — availability and final terms are confirmed by phone, text, or in person before any commitment.

3. Pricing and fees

Advertised prices are in US dollars and, unless stated otherwise, exclude government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document processing charge, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge, as permitted by California law. Every fee is itemized in your purchase contract before you sign. We never present dealer charges as government fees.

4. No cooling-off period; contract cancellation option

California law does not provide an automatic cooling-off period for vehicle purchases. A sale is final upon contract signing, except as provided by law or by an optional contract cancellation agreement. On used vehicles priced under $40,000, we are required by the California Car Buyer's Bill of Rights to offer you a two-day contract cancellation option agreement, which you may purchase before signing. Its price, mileage limits, return conditions, and any restocking fee follow the statutory schedule and are disclosed in writing before purchase.

5. Warranties

Warranty coverage for each vehicle is stated on the FTC Buyers Guide displayed on that vehicle and delivered with your paperwork. Our standard retail sales include a written 30-day / 1,000-mile limited warranty; where a written warranty is given, California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act provides additional rights. Nothing on this site limits the implied warranty of merchantability where it applies under California law. See the Warranty page for full details.

6. Vehicle information accuracy

We work hard to keep listings accurate: specifications, mileage, features, and photos are entered from the actual vehicle and its Carfax report. Errors can still occur, and features may vary by trim or prior modification. Mileage is stated as of listing and increases with test drives. Always verify options and condition in person or with our team before purchase; the purchase contract, not the listing, is the final statement of the transaction.

7. Vehicle history reports

Carfax reports are provided free with every vehicle. History reports reflect only what has been reported to their databases; they may not capture every event in a vehicle's past. They are one verification layer among several we use — alongside our own inspection — and are provided as information, not as a guarantee by us or by Carfax.

8. Financing

Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Advertised payment examples, when shown, include the required disclosures (down payment, APR, term). We are not a lender; final financing terms are set by the lender and disclosed in your retail installment sale contract. You are always free to arrange your own financing.

9. Trade-ins

Trade-in values quoted online or by message are estimates based on the information you provide and current market data. The final trade-in allowance is set after physical inspection of your vehicle and is stated in the purchase contract. Payoff amounts on trade-ins with existing loans are verified with your lender.

10. Intellectual property

All text, photography, logos, and design on this site belong to Elite Motor Transport or our licensors (including Carfax trademarks, which belong to Carfax, Inc.). You may not reproduce or reuse site content commercially without our written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including reliance on listing information that has since changed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer protection law, including the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, or under the FTC Used Car Rule.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information — including your rights as a California resident under the CCPA/CPRA and how to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — is described in our Privacy Notice. The "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer takes you to your opt-out choices.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Disputes about a vehicle purchase are governed by the signed purchase contract, which may contain its own dispute-resolution provisions that you should read before signing.

14. Language

This site is offered in English and Spanish. If a sale is negotiated primarily in Spanish, California law (Civil Code §1632) entitles you to a Spanish translation of the contract before signing, and the FTC requires a Spanish-language Buyers Guide — both of which we provide.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its last-updated date, is always on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
